Second Skin Movie Release

Virtual World documentary Second Skin is to be shown in selected US cinemas later this year and then be available to buy on DVD.

Second Skin is a 94 minute documentary about virtual world, MMORPG games and the people involved in them. The movie was shown at various film festivals last year and received a very positive response.

Second Skin will be shown in a few selected US cinemas from August 7th with a DVD release date of August 25th.

Of course a year is a massively long time in virtual worlds, much will have changed. However the film reportedly concentrates not just on the technology but on the human aspect of online worlds. Which is far more interesting.
